Appointment Policies & Additional Fees

At Paw Prints Grooming Spa, your appointment reserves time specifically for your pet. Thank you for helping us keep appointments running smoothly and allowing us to provide every pet with personalized care.

Pet Pickup

Please arrange to pick up your pet within 30 minutes of receiving our call or text that your pet is ready. We operate by appointment and have limited space and staff available for extended stays.

A $20 late-pickup fee may apply when pickup occurs beyond this window. If you anticipate a delay, please call us as soon as possible.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If your plans change, please provide at least 36 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling.

• At least 36 hours’ notice: No fee.
• Less than 36 hours’ notice, before the appointment day: $35 per pet.
• Same-day cancellations, or missed appointments: $50 per pet. Same-day rescheduling $25.00

These fees help cover appointment time that we may be unable to offer to another client.

If you have an authorized card on file, the applicable fee will be charged that day. Otherwise, payment is required before another appointment can be booked.

Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments may require advance payment to reserve future appointments.

Holiday Appointments: November 1–January 5

Holiday appointments fill quickly. Please provide at least 36 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. The cancellation and rescheduling fees listed above apply throughout the holiday season.

Holiday Accommodation Fee

Once our holiday schedule is full, we may occasionally be able to accommodate an additional appointment by arranging extra groomer hours.

Appointments requiring this accommodation carry an additional $35 fee, which will be explained and agreed upon before booking.
